Storyboard Work

Boards made for The Story Artist Academy.

We were given the script of Batman Gotham Knights 1997's ''Mad Love'' episode and were assigned to board a scene.

The assigment consisted on developing a prompt in ten panels.
''Margot'' is a short story about an imaginative little girl finding her way home through the forest.

Roxbury Racers

I was contacted by Living In America, a Massachusetts based nonprofit focused on community outreach, providing resources to people experiencing homelessness, and educating students at all levels on video game development.

Living in America hosted a Game Jam so students would learn skills through minigames and contacted me for the Backgrounds and UI. It was important for them to showcase Boston in a way the students that lived there would be familiar with. You can play an early build of Roxbury Racers here!

Made with Unity, both 'Beans' and 'Garage' were point and click games that incorporated 2D Backgrounds
to the interactive 3D elements in the Game. After exploration of mechanics and UI through mockups and storyboards, we decided for a UI that resembled 2000s webgames.
 
STORYBOARD TO FIGURE OUT THE MECHANICS OF THE MINIGAME ''BEANS''
'Beans' is a minigame inspired by Angry Birds.

The objective is that the player interacts with different boosts to take down blocks and, in the process, learns physics concepts!

The other minigame 'Garage' is a customisation game where, using Photoshop-like layers, the students can tune their own car while listening to local Boston musicians.

Argentinian Witch Project

Props were inspired by Argentinian items.
Bags are made off leather and are capable of carrying a Thermos and Mate.
Plants used for potions are Lavanda and Jacarandá, native to the country.

MARGOT - Concept Art

MARGOT is a story about a young girl who is an explorer.
Her room was designed to fit her bright and inquisitive personality. It's all plants, sunshine and tons of notebooks.

Below are different explorations for bedrooms, plus a design for a crystal cave.
